In this category you choose the internal high-pressure fuel pumps, this fuel pump is mounted within the Fuel Surge Tank and choose fuel pump to suit your needs. The DW400 FST fits not only the DW400 fuel pump but many other fuel pumps with the included adaptors.

Deatschwerks DW400 high-performance fuel pump DeatschWerks in-tank fuel pumps are manufactured with a quiet and reliable turbine impeller which is compatible with pulse width modulated pump drivers. These pumps are also built with carbon commutators and fully encapsulated armatures for ethanol compatibility.
DW’s high-torque motors maintain flow at higher pressure better than competitors’ pumps. Low amperage draw minimizes pump temperatures, maximizes pump life and reduces stress on OE wiring. All DW fuel pumps are backed by a 3-year no-fault warranty.

For the 2G single outlet surge tank, you need x1 of AN-10 ORB fitting.
The outlet thread of the fuel surge tank is AN-10 ORB, and the return, inlet, and overflow port have AN-8 ORB thread. Make sure to select the preferred size for all ports.

The Nuke Performance 2G fuel surge tank lets you combine two internal fuel pumps into one AN-10 outlet. This Fuel Surge Tank is able to deliver steady fuel flow even over 2000hp. This setup is everything you need to be combined into a space-efficient and power-efficient solution and design.
Choose between a single or dual internal fuel pump setup, both the larger DW400 fuel pump and other common 39mm fuel pumps, mounted within the surge tank in a billet bracket. Run one or two fuel pumps individually with multiple electrical connectors on the top lid. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all Nuke Performance products.
Everything you need to mount a single or dual DW400 fuel pump is included, and everything you need to mount any 39mm fuel pump into the same surge tank without modifications. Also fits the new Bosch BR540 which has the same external dimensions as the DW400. All necessary accessories are included for both single and double setups, but our fuel pump mounting kits are recommended for a trouble-free and service-friendly installation. Single or dual internal fuel pumps are mounted with the billet aluminum internal mounting bracket for a secure and durable installation. This Fuel Surge Tank comes with a billet internal bracket for the DW400 fuel pumps but also with adapters that make all common 39mm fuel pumps mount with a perfect fit, fuel pumps such as DW200, DW300, AEM 340L, Aeromotive 340, Walbro (Ti Automotive) GSS 340/341/342, GST 450/520, etc.

What first was intended as the natural choice for the DW400 fuel pump turned into the perfect solution and design for almost all fuel pumps used for tuning and motorsports applications on the market today. Installing the fuel pumps within the surge tank is simple and ensures a safe and secure installation for long-run use.
The external surge tank lets you use high-pressure fuel pumps without any heavy customization of the OEM fuel tank. With our Fuel Surge Tank, you minimize the risk when running at a low fuel level, that the system does not cope with extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing, and track days where you can exceed 2g, which could result in fuel loss. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine, even when the conditions are as demanding as they get. That you are able to mount high-pressure in-tank fuel pumps without larger customization of your stock fuel tank is almost as important, this is really the only setup you need.
The 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Deatschwerks DW400 works as a buffer so the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine routs straight back into the fuel surge tank, it stays full at all times.
How to mount fuel pumps within the DW400 Fuel Surge Tank? Your stock fuel pump or your lift fuel pump within your stock fuel tank or your aftermarket fuel cell functions as a pickup fuel pump that ensures that the high-pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 3-liter surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine. The Fuel Surge Tank is delivered with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your selection, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. Available in various setups to fill your every possible need. Our Fuel Surge Tank is available in several different setups, each one designed to perform to the maximum. It comes with a billet aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern making a secure fitment in any installation. Depending on which setup you choose they come with a various number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with our over-dimensioned electrical connectors that can manage x10 the current used. For the 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Deatschwerks DW400 version, it is equipped with dual step connectors, letting you choose if you want to run the different fuel pumps on different steps, fuses, or at the same time.
